The following information is based on the districts and data used to elect your legislators in November 2001. New terms for current members of the House began January 9, 2002, and terms for current members of the Senate end January 14, 2004. Under the 2001 Redistricting Plans that were passed by the General Assembly, your address may be located in a new district for future elections. Data for the House districts represent changes to districts Under the 2001 Redistricting Plan.

If you would like to determine if you are represented in a different legislative district for future elections, please refer to the 2001 Redistricting Plans that were passed, and the Virginia Redistricting website for information and maps of the new districts. For information on new voting precincts and districts, you may also refer to the State Board of Elections website or contact your local registrar.
